GIUNTI PSYCHOMETRICS ACQUIRES THE REMAINING 20% OF GIUNTI PSYCHOMETRICS
HUNGARY KFT, BRINGING ITS OWNERSHIP TO 100% OF THE SHARE CAPITAL
Florence, 23 september 2026 - The Board of Directors of Giunti Psychometrics Holding S.p.A. (Euronext Growth Milan: GPSY ) (”Giunti Psychometrics ” or the ” Company ”), one of the leading international operators in the psychological assessment and mental health sector, specialising in the development, validation and commercialisation of scientifically validated tools supported by proprietary content and digital platforms for professionals, institutions and companies, announces that it signed today the deed for the acquisition of a 20% stake in the share capital of its Hungarian subsidiary, Giunti Psychometrics Hungary Kft (“ Giunti Psy Hu ”), for a total consideration of Euro 449,000.00 .
Following the transaction, Giunti Psychometrics Holding S.p.A. will hold 100% of the share capital of Giunti Psy Hu.
The transaction forms part of the Group’s efforts to streamline its ownership structure and also takes into account the subsidiary’s growth prospects for the coming years.
