Uwe Röhrhoff Steps Down as Interim CEO of Gerresheimer AG

• Wolf Lehmann, CFO, and Achim Schalk, Member of the Management Board, will assume his duties until further notice

Duesseldorf, August 24, 2026. Uwe Röhrhoff has stepped down from his role as interim CEO of Gerresheimer AG at his own request. He had assumed the position at the request of the Supervisory Board in November 2025, during a challenging period for the company. He had been appointed interim CEO of the company effective November 1, 2025, for a term ending no later than October 2026. During his tenure, together with his fellow Management Board members Wolf Lehmann and Achim Schalk—who were also newly appointed in 2025—he succeeded in stabilizing the company and comprehensively addressing key issues. This includes the fact that, through the agreement signed at the end of July 2026 to sell the U.S. subsidiary Centor and the global Primary Packaging Plastics business, Gerresheimer will be able to significantly optimize its capital and financing structure and substantially reduce its leverage. Wolf Lehmann and Achim Schalk will assume his duties until further notice.
