Following this transaction, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds 21,909,987 shares, representing 16,26% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc. Total holdings by close associates of Mateusz Juroszek now stand at 28,353,013 shares.
