Following this transaction, MJ Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna holds 21,460,750 shares, representing 15.93% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Gentoo Media Inc. Total holdings by close associates of Mateusz Juroszek now stand at 27,903,776 shares.
