Genova contemplates to issue new green capital securities

Genova Property Group AB (publ) (the "Company” or "Genova”) has mandated Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige and Nordea Bank Abp to arrange debt investor meetings from and including 18 August 2026 to investigate the possibility to issue new perpetual green capital securities denominated in SEK with an expected issue amount of SEK 200 million under a total framework amount of SEK 500 million (the "Green Capital Securities”). A capital market transaction may follow, subject to, among other things, prevailing market conditions.

The Company has mandated Arctic Securities AS, filial Sverige and Nordea Bank Abp to act as arrangers and joint bookrunners in respect of the issuance of the Green Capital Securities. Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå KB acts as legal advisor.
