COMUNICATO STAMPA
COMUNICAZIONE DELL’AMMONTARE COMPLESSIVO DEI DIRITTI DI VOTO
(redatta ai sensi dell’art. 85 -bis, comma 4 -bis, del Regolamento Consob 11971 del 14 maggio 1999)
Milano , 5 agost o 2026 . Generalfinance S.p.A. (la " Società ") rende noto, ai sensi dell’art. 85 -bis, comma 4 -bis del Regolamento Emittenti adottato da Consob con delibera n. 11971 del 14 maggio 1999 (il “ Regolamento Emittenti ”), che l'azionista GGH - Gruppo General Holding S.r.l. ha comunicato l'acquisto 14.000 azioni della Società, con conseguente incremento dei propri diritti di voto . Resta tuttavia immutato il numero complessivo dei diritti di voto esercitabili.
In ragione di ciò, con la presente , si forni sce un aggiornamento in ordine al l’ammontare complessivo dei diritti di voto esercitabili in relazione alle azioni della Società , con indicazione del numero di azioni che compongono il capitale sociale .

Si ricorda inoltre che, ai sensi del comma 8 dell’art. 127 -quinquies del TUF e del comma 2 0 dell’art. 6 dello Statuto sociale della Società , la maggiorazione del diritto di voto si computa per la determinazione dei quorum costitutivi e deliberativi dell’Assemblea dei Soci.

COMMUNICATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF VOTING RIGHTS
(drawn up pursuant to art. 85 -bis, paragraph 4 -bis, Consob Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999)
Milan , 5 August 2026. Pursuant to Article 85 -bis, paragraph 4 -bis of the Issuers’ Regulation adopted by Consob with Resolution No. 11971 of May 14, 1999 (the “ Issuers’ Regulation ”), Generalfinance S.p.A. (the " Company ") hereby communicates that the shareholder GGH – Gruppo General Holding S.r.l. has announced the purchase of 14,000 shares in the Company, resulting in an increase in its voting rights. However, the total number of voting rights that may be exercised remains unchanged.
As a result, the Company hereby provides an update on the total number of voting rights exercisable in relation to the Company's shares, indicating the number of shares comprising the share capital.

Also note that, pursuant to art. 127 -quinquies, paragraph 8 of the Consolidated Law on Finance and art. 6, paragraph 2 0 of the Company's Articles of Association, the increased voting right is calculated in determining the quorum for constitution of the Shareholders' Meeting and for resolutions.
