Futura Resources Limited - Equity Funding Update

Futura Resources Limited ("Futura" or the "Company") advises that it has secured binding commitments for AUD 4.0 million of new equity funding through the issue of ordinary shares at AUD 2.00 per share. The placing has been settled and the new shares registered in the shareholder register today.

The equity funding strengthens the Company's liquidity position and balance sheet.

Futura continues to progress additional capital raising and strategic initiatives as part of its ongoing capital management activities.

The Company will provide further updates as appropriate.
