PRESS RELEASE Further Zones of Tungsten Mineralisation Identified at Salau 24 August 2026, Apollo Minerals Limited (Euronext Growth: ALAON, ASX: AON) (the “Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company's ongoing historical data review at its 100% owned Couflens Tungsten-Gold Project (“Couflens”) in France has identified additional zones of unmined tungsten mineralisation, which has expanded the targeting footprint of the historical Salau mine (“Salau”) and indicates a larger scale system extending into multiple areas. Salau was historically one of the world's highest-grade tungsten operations, with mining grades averaging 1.5% WO3 during the 15 years of operations from 1971 to 1986. Highlights:
Apollo Minerals' Managing Director, Mr Neil Inwood, commented: “Our review of historical data from the Salau mine, continues to identify additional target areas for unmined mineralisation, with tungsten grades significantly higher than many current modern tungsten mines. Combined with the extensional targeting around the previously reported high-grade Veronique Zone; the newly identified areas demonstrate the significant exploration potential of the globally unique Couflens high-grade tungsten project.” For further information contact: Neil Inwood Managing Director Tel: +61 8 9322 6322 Email: info@apollominerals.com.au Aldebaran Global Advisors Listing Sponsor Euronext Growth Email: hello@aldebaran-advisors.com |
