Fundraising Successfully Completed
NET ZERO INFRASTRUCTURE PLC (LSE: NZI) (the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the fundraising announced on 30 June 2026.
The Company has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £250k through the issue of 25,000,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Fundraising Shares") at a price of 1 pence per share (the "Fundraising"). In accordance with the terms of the Fundraising, investors will also receive one warrant for every two new ordinary shares subscribed for, exercisable at 1.5 pence per share for a period of three years from the date of issue.
The net proceeds of the Fundraising will be used primarily to fund professional fees and working capital requirements as the Company continues to progress its proposed reverse takeover and intended admission to AIM.
