NET ZERO INFRASTRUCTURE PLC
Fundraising Successfully Completed
NET ZERO INFRASTRUCTURE PLC (LSE: NZI) (the "Company"), a special purpose acquisition company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of the additional fundraising announced on 3 August 2026.
The Company has conditionally raised additional gross proceeds of £164.5k through the issue of 16,450,000 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Fundraising Shares") at a price of 1 pence per share (the "Fundraising"). In accordance with the terms of the Fundraising, investors will also receive one warrant for every two new ordinary shares subscribed for, exercisable at 1.5 pence per share for a period of three years from the date of issue.
The net proceeds of the additional funds will be used primarily to fund professional fees and working capital requirements as the Company continues to progress its proposed reverse takeover and intended admission to AIM.
