Il Totale Ricavi e altri Proventi al 30 giugno 2026 ha raggiunto 37,4 milioni di Euro rispetto a 39,5 milioni di Euro nel primo semestre del 2025 . In particolare , si sottolinea che il debole Q1 ha lasciato il posto ad un Q2 in forte accelerazione, con Ricavi Totali per oltre 20 milioni di Euro e in crescita rispetto allo stesso periodo dello scors o esercizio. Sempre a livell o di soli Ricavi Totali , si segnal a che l’ultimo trimestre ha visto il forte aumento auspicato in Nord America con Ricavi per il semestre per 9,3 milioni di Euro contro i 6,7 milioni di Euro nel primo semestre del 2025. La regione EMEA chiude il semestre con Ricavi pari a 18,2 milioni di Euro contro i 20,6 milioni di Euro al 3 0 giugno 2025;

*** Carrara, September 29, 2026 - The Board of Directors of Franchi Umberto Marmi S.p.A ., a leading international company in the processing and marketing of Carrara marble, listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (Ticker: FUM) (the "Company" ), approved the financial report as of and for the six months ended June 30, 2026 prepared in accordance with the IFRS international accounting standard.
Alberto Franchi Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company commented:
“The first half of 2026 was characterised by a particularly challenging international environment, marked by disruptions to the logistics chain to the Gulf countries. Nevertheless, thanks to the investments made in recent years and the strength of our busi ness model, we were able to mitigate the impact of this challenging situation , once again demonstrating the resilience of the Group and the strength of its fundamentals.
9
We continued to generate a significant level of cash flow, further strengthening our financial flexibility and creating the conditions to continue investing in growth while focusing on the markets that drive our business.
In the United States , in particular, we completed the investment in a new showroom in Miami, laying the foundations to accelerate our development in this strategic market.
As we move forward, we consider it equally important to continue investing in Carrara’s value and its international profile. We recently participated in Marmomac, an event that every year serves as a key meeting point for the global stone industry. Through the Carrara District and the Franchi Academy, we aim to contribute to making Carrara an increasingly important hub for international dialogue and exchange. We believe this openness is essential to further strengthen our local area, not only as a pl ace where marble is extracted and processed, but as a true global centre for research, design and the culture of stone.
“It is on these foundation s,” concludes Alberto Franchi , “together with the Group’s stability and the investments made, that we look to the second half of the year - and above all to the long -term growth opportunities ahead - with confidence and renewed optimism.”
KEY RESULTS AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
A particularly challenging international environment , further compounded by the crisis arising from tensions between the United States and Iran, which disrupted the supply chain to the Gulf countries , affected performance during the first half of 2026. Nevertheless, thanks to the investments made in recent years, the Company managed to minimize these effects. From a strategic standpoint, this outcome further reinforces the Company’s commitment to continuously enhancing and promoting its materials, with a primary focus on the EMEA, Asia n, and North American markets . These markets continue to represent key pillars of the Company’s development strategy and fundamental drivers of the brand’s positioning and growth.
Total revenues and other income as of June 30, 2026 amounted to Euro 37.4 million, compared with Euro 39.5 million in the first half of 2025. In particular, it should be noted that the weak performance recorded in Q1 gave way to a strong acceleration in Q2, with Total Revenues exceeding Euro 20 million and increasing compared to the same period of the previous year.
Looking specifically at Total Revenues , the latest quarter saw the expected strong growth in North America, with revenues for the first half of the year reaching Euro 9.3 million, compared with Euro 6.7 million in the first half of 2025. The EMEA region closed the first half with Revenues of Euro 18.2 million, compared with Euro 20.6 million as of June 30, 2025. The decline was mainly attributable to the geopolitical factors outlined above. Asia recorded revenues of Euro 4.6 million (Euro 6.0 million in the same period of 2025 ). Australia , on the other hand, maintained Revenues in line with the first half of 2025 (Euro 4.0 million ). The same applies to the smaller regions of Africa and South America .
As of June 30, 2026, EBITDA amounted to Euro 8.5 million, compared with Euro 11.5 million as of June 30, 2025. The decrease was mainly attributable to the lower business volumes achieved by the Parent Company during the period and, consequently, to its lower contribution to the Group’s overall revenues. As a result, the EBITDA margin stood at 23.5% of total revenues (compared with
10
30.4% in the first half of 2025 ). Profit for the period amounted to Euro 3.6 million (Euro 4.8 million as of June 30, 2025 ).
Net Working Capital for the first half of 2026 amounted to Euro 56.7 million (Euro 55.3 million as of December 31, 2025 ). Net Financial Debt as of June 30, 2026 remained broadly stable at Euro 17.1 million (Euro 16.5 million as of December 31, 2025 and Euro 28.2 million as of June 30, 2025 ), despite the investment made in the United States, which was partially offset by the Group’s strong cash generation.
During the first half of 2026, the Group also repaid Euro 4.8 million of outstanding borrowings. The period closed with Cash and cash equivalents equal to Euro 20.1 million , up from Euro 18.1 million as of December 31, 2025.
Net equity reached Euro 135.8 million, up from Euro 132.4 million as of December 31, 2025.
Significant events as of June 30, 2026 and subsequent events In January 2026, two new corporate entities were established, namely Franchi Umberto Marmi USA LLC, which will be responsible for importing raw materials from Italy and reselling them in the U.S. market, and Franchi Umberto Marmi USA Real Estate LLC, which will be responsible for purchasing a property in Miami and subsequently leasing it to the trading company, to be used as a showroom and warehouse. The purchase of the property was completed on March 9, 2026.
Outlook
The restoration of the logistics chain for shipments to the Middle East, which had been abruptly disrupted following the outbreak of tensions between the United States and Iran, has fortunately enabled the Group to resume shipments to this region , which remains at the centre of the Group’s growth strategy.
This allowed the Group to begin recovering the business volumes lost during the first half of the year, with encouraging results already recorded during the summer months, while a substantial recovery is expected in the second half of the year.
The Company expects to continue along its growth path, with particular attention to potential M&A transactions that could support the Group’s further commercial development.
