Friedman Industries Announces Rebrand of Texas Tubular Products to Friedman Tubular
LONGVIEW, Texas, Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Friedman Industries, Incorporated (NASDAQ/GS: FRD) announced today its Texas Tubular Products division has been rebranded as Friedman Tubular, effective October 8, 2026.
The rebranding more directly integrates the Company’s tubular division with the Friedman Industries brand and reflects the Company’s continued focus on serving customers and suppliers through a unified platform. The Friedman Tubular name provides clearer market recognition for the Company’s steel pipe manufacturing capabilities while supporting future investment, operational efficiency, and long-term customer partnerships.
“Texas Tubular has a rich history and has built strong relationships with customers and suppliers over many years,” said Michael J. Taylor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Friedman Industries. “Rebranding as Friedman Tubular more directly aligns the division with Friedman Industries, strengthens our brand identity, and supports our continued focus on growth and expanding the level of service we provide to our customers.”
The transition to Friedman Tubular does not change the Company’s commitment to quality, reliability, or responsiveness. Customers, suppliers, and project partners can continue to expect the same experienced team, manufacturing capabilities, and service-focused approach, now supported by a brand identity that more directly reflects the broader Friedman Industries platform.
