Notification published in accordance with Article 17 Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) Fresenius raises its earnings guidance for fiscal year 2026 due to strong operational business performance Fresenius raises its earnings guidance for fiscal year 2026 due to the strong operating performance of its core businesses. Strong operational performance at Fresenius Kabi and Fresenius Helios, together with improved net interest income, supported earnings development. Based on this performance and the business outlook for the second half of 2026, Fresenius increases its guidance for constant-currency growth in core earnings per share1,3 for fiscal year 2026 to 10% to 15% (previously 5% to 10%). Fresenius Group – Business Development in the Second Quarter of 2026 In Q2/26, Group revenue1 increased organically by 6%1,2 to €5,864 million. Group EBIT before special items in Q2/26 amounted to €719 million, an increase of 10% in constant currency. In Q2/26, Group EBIT margin1 improved by 60 bp yoy to 12.3%. In Q2/26 Group Core EPS1,3 rose by 14% in constant currency to €0.83. Guidance for Fiscal Year 20261 Fresenius Group4: Fresenius continues to expect organic revenue growth2 of 4% to 7% for fiscal year 2026. The guidance for constant-currency growth in core earnings per share3 for fiscal year 2026 is raised to 10% to 15% (previously 5% to 10%). Assumptions to guidance: The company acknowledges that the prevailing trends of a fast-moving macroeconomic and geopolitical environment continue, resulting in increased volatility and a higher level of operational uncertainty. The guidance does not take into account potential extreme scenarios that could affect the company, its peers, and the healthcare sector as a whole. Revenue and earnings expectations of the operating companies1 Fresenius Kabi5: For fiscal year 2026 organic revenue growth2 is expected to be in the mid- to high-single-digit percentage range. EBIT margin is now expected to be at the upper end of the 16.5% to 17.0% range. Fresenius Helios6: For fiscal year 2026 organic revenue growth is expected to be in the mid-single-digit percentage range and EBIT margin of 10.0% to 10.5%.
