During the second quarter, Flower Infrastructure Technologies MidCo AB (“Flower” or the “Group”) delivered continued strong operational performance despite softer ancillary service markets. Pro forma revenue increased by 57% to SEK 33.5 million and Adjusted EBITDA increased to SEK 18.2 million, while the portfolio outperformed the relevant benchmark by more than 65%.

“We are pleased with the continued strong performance of our optimization platform and the progress across our construction portfolio. Approximately 70 MW / 140 MWh of new battery capacity is expected to become operational during Q4 2026, materially increasing the capacity available to our optimization platform.”
