Floatel International Ltd (“Floatel”) presents its consolidated financial statements for the second quarter and half year 2026.
HIGHLIGHTS:
All units were on charter during the quarter with 100% utilisation
The orderbook excluding options and letters of intent was approximately USD 294 million as of June 30, 2026
Contracts update • Floatel Victory’s announced Letter of Intent to provide MSU services in Brazil summer 2026 was converted into a 3-month firm assignment plus one month option at the Equinor Bacalhau field which commenced June 8, 2026
Revenues were USD 79.2 million in the quarter and USD 116.5 million during the half year
Recurring EBITDA was USD 36.6 million in the quarter and USD 40.4 million during the half year
Operations update • Floatel Endurance was on hire for Aker BP for operations at the Skarv field on the Norwegian continental shelf during the entire quarter. • Floatel Superior was on hire for Vår Energi Jotun on the Norwegian continental shelf during the entire quarter. • Floatel Triumph’s charter with Woodside Scarborough ended May 8, 2026, and Shell Prelude started May 13, 2026, both assignments in Australia. • Floatel Victory was on assignment for Karoon at the Bauna field in Brazil until June 5, 2026, and for Equinor at the Bacalhau field, also in Brazil, from June 8, 2026, for the remainder of the quarter.

Floatel International Ltd was founded in 2006 to meet the growing demand for next-generation offshore accommodation and construction support units. The Company’s vision is to own and operate a modern, safe, and reliable accommodation and construction support fleet. Since 2021, the Company’s principal place of business has been in Norway.
The Floatel Group operates a fleet of four semisubmersible accommodation and construction support units delivered between 2010 and 2016.
