INCREASE

PRES-X
AND ACQUIRES 12.5% OF THE COMPANY - PRESS RELEASE -
Milan, July 10, 2026 - Finanza.tech S.p.A. Società Benefit – a fintech company listed on Euronext Growth Milan – announces that the Company has subscribed to a capital increase resolved by Pres-X for a stake corresponding to 12.5% of the company's share capital.
The transaction represents the natural development of the strategic support path initiated with Pres-X through the outsourced financial management service "IllimiTED CFO" and constitutes the concrete application of the Work for Equity model adopted by the two companies.
Pres-X is a company specialized in the development of advanced technologies and services for the post-processing of components made with additive manufacturing (3D printing). The company supports clients operating in highly specialized sectors, including aerospace, biomedical, and advanced mechanics, through innovative solutions that improve the quality, performance, and efficiency of production processes.
The subscription to the capital increase confirms Finanza.tech's approach to supporting high-potential companies through the Work for Equity model, which provides, in specific cases, the possibility of combining advisory activities with a stake in the company's capital.
