Comments on Financial Results for the First Half of Fiscal Year 2026
 

E. PAIRIS S.A. INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF PLASTICS announces its financial results for the first half of the 2026 financial year (01.01.2026 – 30.06.2026).

The Company’s revenue for the reporting period amounted to €5,593,035.52, compared with €4,885,759.92 in the corresponding period of 2025, representing an increase of 14.5%. 

Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to €550,681.91, compared with €168,641.31 in the corresponding period of the previous year, while profit before tax amounted to €312,812.91, compared with a loss of €79,775.44. Profit after tax amounted to €233,895.57, compared with a loss of €76,177.64 in the first half of 2025. 

At consolidated level, Group revenue amounted to €6,461,343.69, compared with €5,762,352.24 in the corresponding period of 2025, representing an increase of 12.1%. Operating profit (EBIT) amounted to €736,353.85, compared with €330,172.67, while profit before tax amounted to €480,622.75, compared with €65,412.09. Profit after tax amounted to €363,974.19, compared with €35,559.01 in the corresponding period. 

The improvement in results during the first half of 2026 reflects the increase in revenue and the improvement in operating margins. At the same time, Management continued to monitor developments in raw material, energy and transportation costs, with a view to effectively managing costs and maintaining operating efficiency.

For the second half of the financial year, Management remains focused on sound financial management, improving productivity and implementing targeted investments in fixed assets, with the aim of enhancing production capacity, reducing production costs, strengthening competitiveness and improving energy efficiency.
