H1 2026 Financial Results of Unibios Holdings

Strong Growth and 20% Increase in Turnover

UNIBIOS S.A. Holdings Group announced its financial results for the First Half (H1) of the 2026 fiscal year in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

During H1 2026, the consolidated sales of the UNIBIOS Group increased by 20%, rising from €6,395 thousand to €7,669 thousand. Part of this sales growth is attributed to the contribution of the Group's French subsidiary, WATERA SA, which was consolidated for the first time, generating sales of €1,004 thousand. Consolidated gross profits during H1 2025 recorded an increase of 11.4%.

The Group's Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) amounted to €125 thousand, compared to €1,885 thousand in 2025. The previous year's results included an extraordinary, non-recurring profit of €1,070 thousand originating from the sale of a property in Volos. Additionally, this year's results were burdened by the consolidation of the financial results of the French subsidiary, WATERA SA, which is currently undergoing reorganization and posted losses of €774 thousand. The comparable pro-forma Earnings Before Taxes (Proforma EBT) of the Group during the first half of 2026 amounted to a profit of €899 thousand, compared to €815 thousand during the corresponding period last year.

Recurring Earnings After Taxes (EAT) attributable to shareholders during H1 2026, including the losses of the French subsidiary, stood at €120 thousand, compared to profits of €320 thousand during H1 2025 (excluding the non-recurring profit from the property sale).

Finally, it is noted that during H1 2026, the Group's EBITDA, including the losses of the French subsidiary, reached €656 thousand, compared to an EBITDA of €1,226 thousand during the corresponding period last year (excluding the non-recurring profit from the property sale). Notably, if the results originating from the French subsidiary are excluded, the Group's EBITDA amounts to €1,311 thousand.
