KEKROPS (ATHEX: ΚΕΚΡ) announces the financial results of H1 2026, according to IFRS.

Turnover: Sales for the first half of 2026 amounted to €17 thousand compared to €2,065 thousand on 30/06/2025. During the comparable period, the sale of 1,000 square meters of the plot in Block 133 had taken place, whereas during the current period, no sale of an asset occurred.
Profit/(Loss) before taxes: Loss before tax for the first half of 2026 amounts to € 148 thousand, compared to losses of € 674 thousand in the prior period, representing a decrease of € 526 thousand. The comparable period was negatively impacted by an impairment provision for real estate assets held for sale amounting to € 388 thousand. Without the impact of the impairment recognition, the pre-tax results of the comparable period would have been a loss of € 286 thousand, and the reduction in losses between the comparable periods would have been € 138 thousand.
