Reference is made to the Financial Calendar update dated 30 April 2026 and 15 June 2026. The Company regrets that the publication of the 2025 Annual Report will be further delayed. The Company continues to work closely with its auditors to finalise the report and complete all required procedures.
Accordingly, new dates have been set for publication of the Annual Report for 2025 and this year's Annual General Meeting.
The Company expects to publish the Annual Report for 2025 no later than 12 August 2026 and to hold the Annual General Meeting on 7 September 2026.
