FILING OF THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS'MEETING MINUTES OF
22 JULY 2026
*** Marina di Carrara, Carrara, Italy, 6 August 2026 - The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (‘TISG ’ or the “ Company ”) announces that today, in compliance with current regulations, the minutes of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 22 July 2026 have been made available to the public at the registered office, on the Company's website (www.investor.theitalianseagroup.com section ‘Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meeting’), as well as on the authorised eMarketStorage mechanism (www.emarketstorage.com ).
Notice of the filing was published on 6 August 2026 in the daily newspaper MF.
