FILING OF SIX-MONTH FINANCIAL REPORT
AS OF JUNE 30, 202 6
Rom e, 10 September 2026 – Avio S.p.A. (“Avio” or the “Company”) announces that , as per art.
154-ter, paragraph 2, of Consolidated Law on Finance , the consolidated six -month Financial Report as of June 30, 2026, approved today by Avio S.p.A. Board of Directors, together with the Report of the Independent Auditors, is available to the public at the registered office in Via Bissolati 76, Rome, on the Company's website ( www.avio.com , Section "Investors ”) and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarket STORAGE" ( www.emarketstorage.it ).
