FERRETTI GROUP APPOINTS ELISABETTA CUGNASCA
AS HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY
A highly accomplished capital markets professional joins Ferretti Group to further strengthen financial communications and sustainability activities
Forlì, September 14, 2026 – Ferretti Group announces the appointment of Elisabetta Cugnasca as Head of Investor Relations & Sustainability, effective September 14, 2026. She will report directly to Marco Zammarchi, Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Cugnasca brings to Ferretti Group extensive experience in Finance - particularly in financial communications and controlling – which was later expanded to include sustainability. Her career began at Arthur Andersen, followed by a long tenure within the Autogrill Group, where she held positions in Investor Relations, Controlling and Internal Audit. Later she joined Aquafil Group and, most notably, Interpump Group, where she combined her strong finance background with sustainability.
The achievements and recognition earned in the field of financial communication led her to hold several leadership positions within the Italian Investor Relations Association, first as Chair person and currently as Honorary Chai rperson . She has also been actively involved in academic activities and has served on the boards of directors of both listed and private companies in the banking and industrial sectors.
