Ferdinando Brandi appointed as Vice President Factoring & Lending of BFF Bank
Milan , 30th September 2026 – BFF Bank S.p.A. (“ BFF ”, the “ Bank ” or the “ Group ”) announces the appointment of Ferdinando Brandi as Vice President Factoring & Lending, effective 1st October 2026, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer and General Manager , Giuseppe Sica .
In this role, Mr. Brandi will contribute to the development of the Bank's business and credit model, overseeing and supporting the development of the Group's Factoring & Lending activities , while leveraging his extensive managerial and specialist experience gained in the banking and financial industry.
Mr. Brandi has substantial expertise in traditional lending, factoring and corporate finance , and risk management . Among other roles, he served as CEO of UniCredit Factoring, one of Europe's leading factoring companies, and as a member of the Supervisory Board of Pekao Factoring in Poland. He also gained significant international experience within the UniCredit Group as Executive Vice President, Head of Non -Core Portfolio.
Subsequently, he served as CEO of several companies within the Collextion Group, a private company specializing in the management and collection of receivables from the Italian Public Administration.
Most recently, he held the position of Head of Product Factories at Banco Desio , further strengthening the expertise that he will bring to BFF, in support of the Group's Factoring & Lending offering.
