Fazer Bakery’s autumn brings delicious new products for everyday and celebrations

Fazer’s Bakery introduces delicious novelties for the autumn season, refreshing familiar favourite brands. The Oululainen Reissumies range expands with new Tosi Ohut Siemen‑ruis rye breads, Oululainen Jälkiuuni delights with a new Juhlapala product, and Fazer Paahto adds an oat-based novelty to its selection. Lemppari Paahtobagels bring a café-style experience into the home, and the Pullava family is complemented by gluten-free Dallas and Texas buns.

Oululainen Reissumies Tosi Ohut Siemen‑ruis 5 pcs, 175 g
Reissumies Tosi Ohut Siemen-ruiscombines the rich flavours of rye and seeds. Sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds add a roasted crunch to the rye bread. The new product contains 46% wholegrain rye and is high in fibre, baked using a traditional sourdough starter. Vegan, Produce of Finland label. Baked at the world’s largest rye bakery in Lahti. Oululainen Reissumies Tosi Ohut Ruis 5 pcs, 175 g and 10 pcs, 350 g
The classic Reissumies now with an even fresher feel. A thin yet chewy rye bread with a familiar rye flavour. Made with 58% wholegrain rye, high in fibre and baked using a traditional sourdough starter. Vegan, Produce of Finland label. Baked at the world’s largest rye bakery in Lahti. Available in stores from 18 August 2026.

Oululainen Jälkiuuni Juhlapala Tumma ruisrye bread 4 pcs, 230 g (seasonal product)
A rich and more festive rye bread, with flavour derived from roasted malt combined with the sweetness of syrup and cranberry. Made from 100% wholegrain rye, high in fibre and high in salt (1.3%). Vegan, Produce of Finland label. Baked at the world’s largest rye bakery in Lahti. Available from 18 August 2026 to 25 January 2027.

Fazer Paahto Vehnä & Puffattu Kaura350 g
A moist wheat toast bread where puffed oats add an enjoyable texture and roasted flavour. Contains 3.3 g of fibre and 1.1 g of salt.
