MONTHLY UPDATE
As at 31 August 2026, the Company was invested in a diversified portfolio of 23 investments with a valuation of £284.6m.
The Company’s available cash was £13.2m, net effective leverage was 29.4% and it has £8.2m invested in Cash Equivalents (MMF).
During the month, RECI committed £12.1m to a senior development loan for the refurbishment of an office building in central London.
