F-Secure and CUJO AI Join Forces to Equip World’s Largest Tier-1 CSPs with One Line of Defense

Joint offering combines best-of-breed home network and device security with holistic scam protection; built for Tier-1 CSPs as AI redefines consumer trust

HELSINKI (October 8, 2026) — Consumer cyber security leader F-Secure and CUJO AI, a global leader in cyber security, device, and network intelligence for service providers, have today announced that they are joining forces to provide a joint protection offering to the world's largest Tier-1 Communications Service Providers (CSPs). Together, they will converge two best-of-breed security layers into a single security experience at home and on the go, combining home network security and device intelligence with the broadest endpoint security offering in the market.

The consumer scam and fraud pandemic is evolving, with scams crossing network and device boundaries faster than most consumers can track. Artificial intelligence is only accelerating this shift, making scams faster to produce and harder to detect. This marks a trust inflection point: consumers look to their trusted providers as AI erodes their ability to tell what’s real.

CSPs hold a unique position as trusted providers in their customers’ lives, with F-Secure research finding that 80% of consumers expect their provider to keep them safe. This partnership and converged offering builds on this unique opportunity for CSPs to turn this trust into everyday protection.

The partnership brings together F-Secure’s endpoint, identity, privacy and scam protection, and embedded security capabilities with CUJO AI’s home network cyber security, and granular device and network intelligence. Together, the companies will help CSPs to protect consumers across the home network and individual devices while creating a seamless security experience at home and on the go.

As consumers increasingly move between home broadband, mobile networks, applications and connected devices, their security needs extend across multiple environments. Yet protection is often delivered through separate products and experiences. CUJO AI and F-Secure are working together to simplify this landscape, helping CSPs bring complementary cyber security capabilities into a more seamless and cohesive consumer experience.

“The trust advantage for CSPs in the agentic AI era has never been clearer, and we recognize the importance of equipping the world’s leading providers to succeed in protecting their customers in a holistic way,” said Timo Laaksonen, President and CEO of F-Secure. “We are delighted to be partnering with CUJO AI to help us achieve this; this partnership demonstrates a natural evolution in providing the best-of-breed solution with holistic protection for an evolving threat landscape.”

“Consumers don’t think about security in silos; they simply expect to be protected wherever they connect,” said Remko Vos, CEO of CUJO AI. “We already enable service providers to protect millions of homes through advanced network-based cyber security, scam protection and device intelligence. By combining these capabilities with F-Secure’s endpoint security and scam protection expertise, we can help service providers close the gap between home network and device protection and create a more seamless security experience for consumers.”

Built for the world’s most demanding networks

F-Secure and CUJO AI’s joint offering is designed specifically for the operational scale and complexity of the world's largest CSPs, offering a number of unique benefits:

• One converged experience: Home network security and endpoint security combine into a single, trusted view of protection at home and on the go.

• Easier adoption: Home network security drives endpoint security uptake — whether upselling protection everywhere to customers, or turning paying-but-unprotected customers into fully protected and engaged across every device.

• More value, more relevant: Network intelligence from home network security turns everyday usage insights into personalized upsell offers promoted by endpoint security, while real-time alerts keep customers informed the moment something needs attention — security that pays for itself and earns trust.

This partnership signifies an exciting development and opportunity for F-Secure, CUJO AI, and the world’s leading CSPs.
