H1 2026 Results Highlights 3FILA’s H1 2026 results, confirmed sustained growth in operating performance, particularly in Q2, following the consolidation of Seven Group and the progressive shift of business seasonality toward the centre quarters of the year . Enhanced financial flexibility following the successful completion of debt refinancing and ABB for a 7.0% stake in DOMS Core Business Sales H1 2026 amounted to €343.4m, +12.2% vs H1 2025 on a comparable FX, including €44.3m of Seven Group contribution . Positive organic growth in Q2 (+2.1% on a comparable FX), reflecting the shift of orders towards Q2 in North America and Europe, the latter as a result of the new commercial strategy Adjusted EBITDA H1 2026 totalled €75.9m, +20.4% vs H1 2025 on a comparable FX, including €8.6m of positive Seven Group contribution, with a strong improved margin vs H1 2025 (22.1% vs 20.8%), thanks to better sales mix, cost containment and net tariffs impact (+€2.7m) after tariffs refund Adjusted Group Net Profit H1 2026 reached €37.9m, improving from €22.6m in H1 2025 , driven by better operating performance and lower net financial expenses, mainly thanks to positive forex impacts (€13.5m between H1 2026 and H1 2025 ). Reported Group Net Profit at €59.3m vs €9.0m in H1 2025 , chiefly thanks to capital gain related to DOMS ABB FCFE H1 2026 amounted to -€60.3m, improving vs -€70.1 in H1 2025 , despite Seven Group cash absorption (-€16.8m) Net Bank Debt H1 2026 at -€200.9m, with €35.4m decrease vs H1 2025 thanks to strong cash flow generation and the disposal of the stake in DOMS for €73.8m, the acquisition of Seven Group (-€54.9m of total consideration), Seven Group Net Bank Debt (-€20.2m), dividends (-€13.1m in H1 2026 ) and buyback (-€3.9m in H1 2026 ) Extraordinary dividend proposed €0.46 per share . Buyback : purchased 467,758 shares out of 1.3m authorized by AGM Outlook 2026 : 2026 guidance remains unchanged, pointing to double -digit growth both in Revenues and Adjusted EBITDA .
Free Cash Flow to Equity is expected between €40-50m, in the ordinary course
