The Company announces that it has extended its irrevocable share buyback programme (the "Share Buyback Programme") to buy back ordinary shares of no-par value ("Ordinary Shares") for up to an additional maximum aggregate consideration of £2.0 million. No other terms of the Share Buyback Programme have been amended.
