Exercise of Options under SAYE scheme
and Total Voting Rights
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, announces that on 31 July 2026, options (the "Options") over 775 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were exercised by employees pursuant to the Company's Save-As-You-Earn Option Plan (the "SAYE Scheme"). Accordingly, 775 Ordinary Shares were issued from Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury by the Company.
Total voting rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of Ordinary Shares with a right to vote is 29,541,509, being the 29,546,558 Ordinary Shares in issue less the 5,049 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
