Exercise of Options
MS International plc announces that following an exercise of 4,150 options over ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £7.20 each, the Company has today satisfied the exercise using Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Total Voting Rights
Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital comprises 17,841,073 Ordinary Shares of which the Company holds 1,399,434 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 16,441,639.
The above figure of 16,441,639 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
