Exercise of Options
Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of advanced surface treatment technology, announces that it has today issued and allotted 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.04 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees of the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 25,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence on or around the 14 October 2026.
The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 78,837,749 Ordinary Shares all with voting rights. The above figure of 78,837,749 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
