Ex-Dividend Date and Payment of the Final (remaining) Dividend for FY 2025 – Increase in the Dividend per share due to Treasury Shares

ELLAKTOR S.A. (the "Company"), further to the resolution of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 June 2026 regarding the distribution of the final (remaining) dividend of €0.05 per share for the fiscal year 2025 and following its announcement dated 30 June 2026, informs the investment community of the following:

The gross amount of the final (remaining) dividend for fiscal year 2025 amounts to €0.05 per share, increasing by the amount corresponding to the Company's treasury shares (i.e. 3,074,348 treasury shares), thus resulting in a gross dividend of €0,0504454058 per share.

The final (remaining) dividend is subject to a 5% withholding tax, where applicable, pursuant to Articles 61, 62 and 64 of Law 4172/2013, as in force. Accordingly, shareholders will receive a net final (remaining) dividend for fiscal year 2025 of €0,0479231355 per share.

Shareholders are reminded that:

• Monday, 20 July 2026 is the ex-dividend date. As of that date, the Company's shares will trade on EURONEXT ATHENS without the right to the final (remaining) dividend for fiscal year 2025.
• Shareholders registered in the records of the Dematerialised Securities System (DSS) on Tuesday, 21 July 2026 (record date) will be entitled to the final (remaining) dividend for fiscal year 2025.
• Payment of the final (remaining) dividend to the beneficiaries will commence on Friday, 24 July 2026 (payment date) through the paying bank Alpha Bank S.A., via the beneficiaries' DSS Participants (banks, custodians and investment firms), in accordance with the applicable Operating Regulation and the relevant resolutions of EURONEXT ATHENS.
