eVISO STRENGTHENS THE FINANCE FUNCTION
WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Saluzzo (CN), 23 September 2026 – eVISO S.p.A. (ticker: EVISO) – a technology company, listed on the EGM – announces the appointment, to strengthen the Finance function, of the Chief Financial Officer in the person of Andrea Cesare Mapelli.
The appointment responds to the need to align planning, control and reporting capabilities with the greater scale and complexity achieved by the organization, also in view of the adoption of the IFRS international accounting standards and the preparation o f the first consolidated financial statements.
This evolution also reflects the growing centrality of financial planning in support of organic, international and external growth.
A graduate in Banking and Economic Sciences from Università Cattolica S.C. with an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Andrea Cesare Mapelli has more than 25 years of experience in administration, finance, planning and control, gained at companies including Snam, Omis G roup and Brenntag, across the energy, manufacturing and chemical sectors, and has taken part in M&A projects, debt refinancing and operating cost efficiency initiatives.
As of the date of this press release, to the Company's knowledge, Mapelli's shareholding in eVISO shares is equal to zero.
