During the quarter, 199 apartments in the Årstaberg project in Stockholm were completed and let, bringing the total number of apartments currently under construction to 1,078. Wallenstam has also completed the divestment of all its wind farms in accordance with the agreement with Locus Energy.
In Årstaberg, Stockholm, 199 apartments have been completed and let in buildings 2 and 3. The remaining phases of the project comprise an additional 210 apartments that are under construction. In total, Wallenstam currently has 1,078 apartments under construction.
On July 1, Wallenstam completed the divestment of all its wind farms in accordance with the agreement with Locus Energy announced in a press release on June 10. Wallenstam has secured renewable electricity for its properties through an agreement with Locus Energy for the supply of renewable energy.
