Boerse Stuttgart Group Stiftung notified us pursuant to § 43 (1) sentence 1 WpHG for the purpose of publication that, by virtue of its accession to Vereinigung Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse e.V. and the withdrawal of the remaining members from the association, it exceeded the voting rights thresholds of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, and 75 percent of the voting rights attached to shares in EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft as of 26 August 2026.

The investment serves the purpose of implementing the notifying party’s strategic objectives.
As of the date hereof, the notifying party does not intend to acquire additional voting rights within the next twelve (12) months, whether by way of purchase or by any other means.
In continuity with the practice previously maintained by Vereinigung Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse e.V., the notifying party intends to exert influence on the composition of the administrative, management, and supervisory bodies of EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft.
At present, the notifying party does not pursue any significant changes to the capital structure of EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft, in particular with regard to the ratio of equity to debt financing or the dividend policy.
The acquisition of the voting rights resulted from the notifying party obtaining a majority of voting rights in Vereinigung Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse e.V. following the withdrawal of the remaining association members. Accordingly, neither external nor internal funds were deployed for the purpose of acquiring the voting rights.
