Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading - Volare Shipping Ltd.

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Volare Shipping Ltd. to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

The company is granted an exemption from Euronext Growth Rulebook I section 3.1.13, which requires financial statements for the two (2) preceding years. It has been considered that the company was incorporated on 4 February 2026 and has prepared audited financial statements from its time of incorporation until and including 9 March 2026, in addition to an unaudited balance sheet and income statement for the company as of and for the period ended 30 June 2026, and a description of developments that have occurred since 1 April 2026 and that are relevant to investors.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 28 December.
