Euronext Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – OMC Tankers Ltd.

«Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit OMC Tankers Ltd. to trading on Euronext Growth Oslo.

The Company is granted exemption from Euronext Growth Rulebook I section 3.1.13, which requires financial statements for the two (2) preceding years. It has been considered that the company was incorporated on 15 July 2026 and has prepared audited consolidated interim financial statements from its time of incorporation until and including 28 July 2026.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth Oslo. The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 12 November 2026.»
