Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Completes Transfer to the Nasdaq Global Select Market and Announces Participation in Upcoming Investor Conferences
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“Eupraxia” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EPRX) (TSX: EPRX), a clinical-stage biotechnology company leveraging its proprietary Diffusphere™ technology designed to optimize local, controlled drug delivery for applications with significant unmet need, announced today that its common shares have commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The Company also announced that members of its management team will participate in upcoming investor conferences.
The Company’s common shares were previously listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “EPRX.” Eupraxia’s listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange remains unchanged. No action is required by shareholders in connection with the transfer.
The Nasdaq Global Select Market is Nasdaq’s highest market tier and is reserved for companies that satisfy its most stringent initial financial and liquidity requirements, in addition to applicable corporate governance standards.
