Esautomotion communicates some economic and financial data to the June 30, 2026

REVENUES FROM SALES EURO 13.9 MILLION

POSITIVE CASH NET FINANCIAL POSITION EURO 6.8

REVENUES: Euro 13.9 million vs. Euro 15 million -7.3% as of June 30, 2025 ..

NET FINANCIAL POSITION: cash positive for Euro – 6.8 m.ni Esautomotion S.p.A. (" Esautomotion " or the " Company"), the operating holding company of the Esautomotion Group (the " Group") active in the sector of high-precision mechatronic components for industrial machines, announces certain unaudited management data for the first quarter of 2026.

MAIN CONSOLIDATED RESULTS AS AT 30 JUNE 2026

The Group's Revenues, amounting to Euro 13.9 million, represent the stagnation in completing purchase orders from customers.

The issues of uncertainty of the last year remain, relating to:

uncertainty in the evolution of international trade policies;

uncertainties related to the current and delicate geopolitical situation;

The Consolidated Net Financial Position remains strongly positive for Euro 6.8 million (positive cash), It should also be noted that the Company's portfolio includes 213,000 treasury shares.

Franco Fontana , President of Esautomotion: "Although we are cautiously positive about the trend in company results, the reasons are attributable to:

-no loss of customers, simply they sold less machines;

- entry, in 2025-6, of new customers, for whom we remind you that the entry into full operation of orders takes about 1-2 years due to: implementation, technological testing, commercial testing and final adoption in the

production line;

-New technological and commercial partnership agreements with 2 important foreign and international

companies
