EQS-Adhoc: SCHOTT Pharma AG & Co. KGaA: SCHOTT Pharma publishes preliminary Q3 key figures and raises 2026 revenue and earnings guidance

Based on preliminary figures for the third quarter of 2026, SCHOTT Pharma expects constant-currency revenue growth of approximately 8% and an EBITDA margin of approximately 27%. Current market expectations are for constant-currency revenue growth of 3.5% and an EBITDA margin of 27.5% (Source: Vara Consensus, July 6, 2026).
For fiscal year 2026, SCHOTT Pharma now expects constant-currency revenue growth of 5% to 6% (previously: 2% to 5%) and an EBITDA margin of 27% to 28% (previously: around 27%). Both figures are above current market expectations of 3.2% for constant-currency revenue growth and 27.2% for the EBITDA margin (Source: Vara Consensus, July 6, 2026).
The raised guidance is supported by the company’s strong business performance and expectations for the fourth quarter of 2026, as well as an agreement reached with a key customer for glass syringes. This agreement includes both revenue-related and compensation components, which will have an impact on future periods.
SCHOTT Pharma will publish its Q3 2026 quarterly statement on August 12, 2026.
