EQS-Adhoc: EPH Group AG: Purchase agreements signed for the acquisition of an approximately 26,363 m² property in Burgenland

EPH Group AG (“EPH”), through its wholly owned subsidiary EPH BGL GmbH, today entered into land-registry-compliant purchase agreements with five property owners for the acquisition of a property comprising several parcels of land with a total area of approximately 26,363 m² in a renowned wine-growing region in Burgenland. EPH plans to develop a luxury wine, gourmet, golf and thermal spa resort on the property, comprising approximately 300 beds in suites and private villas.

The aggregate purchase price for all properties amounts to EUR 263,630 and will become due upon fulfilment of the following conditions precedent: (a) the required rezoning of all relevant areas as building land and (b) the granting of a final and legally binding building permit for the planned resort project.

Completion of the purchase agreements in the land register and registration of EPH BGL GmbH as the owner will take place once the conditions precedent have been fulfilled (“Closing”). EPH BGL GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreements if a final and legally binding building permit for the resort project has not been obtained by 31 December 2030 at the latest.
