Energy Holdings: Key information relating to the USD 25.0 million cash distribution for Q1 2026

Limassol, Cyprus -- 10 August 2026 -- Reference is made to SED Energy Holdings Plc ("Energy Holdings", the "Company") news release 29 May 2026 and the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 22 June 2026.

The approved cash distribution of USD 25.0 million will be distributed as a repayment of paid in capital. The distribution for shares registered with Euronext VPS will be paid out in NOK. The NOK amount per share will be announced on 17 August, along with the ex-distribution notice.

Distribution amount: USD 25.0 million or USD 0.0342 per share.
