ENEL PUBLISHED UPDATED CORPORATE BYLAWS
Rome, October 2nd, 2026 – The updated corporate bylaws of Enel S.p.A., amended to take into account the new composition of the share capital following the cancellation of the 229,131,050 treasury shares referred to in the press release of October 1st, 2026 , were registered in the Companies Register today and are available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on the Company’s website ( www.enel.com ), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism denominated “eMarket S TORAGE” (www.emarketstorage.it ).
