Endomines Finland Plc – Inside Information: Notice on the conversion of convertible loan into shares

Endomines has received a conversion notice related to convertible loans, based on which Kari Vyhtinen, CEO of Endomines Finland Plc, will convert a total of EUR 67,178.08 into new Endomines Finland Plc shares.

The conversion price is calculated by the daily average of the share's closing price for the period 1 September 2023 – 30 September 2023, deducted by 15 percent. Therefore, in accordance with the convertible loan agreement, the exchange price is approximately EUR 1.12 per share (EUR 3.36 prior to the share split).

As a result of the conversion, 59,916 new Endomines Finland Plc shares will be registered and issued. The total number of Endomines shares and votes increases from 38,359,695 shares and votes to 38,419,611 shares and votes. After registration, the new shares correspond to approximately 0.16 per cent of the company's total number of shares and votes.
