ENAV SpA: ELISABETTA SCOSCERIA APPOINTED GENERAL COUNSEL
Rome, 1 October 2026 – ENAV announces that Elisabetta Scosceria joins the ENAV Group today as General Counsel – Chief Legal and Corporate A Ưairs OƯicer.
A law graduate of Sapienza University of Rome and a lawyer qualified to appear before Italy’s higher courts, Elisabetta Scosceria has extensive experience in managing legal and corporate a Ưairs for major industrial groups and handling complex legal matters.
From 2022 until joining ENAV, she served as Head of Legal A Ưairs at Acea, with responsibility for business legal matters, extraordinary transactions, procurement and litigation.
She spent more than seventeen years with the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, holding positions of increasing responsibility before becoming Central Director and General Counsel for Corporate A Ưairs and Compliance at FS Holding. During her career, she also held positions at Trenitalia, Finmeccanica and IRI, and served on the boards of several companies, including companies based abroad.
Elisabetta Scosceria currently holds no shares in ENAV.
