Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Elmera Group ASA made by Fortum Consumer Solutions AS

Offer price: NOK 47 per share in cash

Acceptance period: From and including 21 August 2026 to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 18 September 2026 (subject to extension)
