Elisa’s operating model for international software businesses to be renewed

Elisa is initiating the renewal of the operating model of its international software business (Elisa Industriq), in line with the company’s strategy of Faster Profitable Growth.
The renewal of the operating model includes efficiency measures and a significant improvement in profitability. The new one operating model is planned to be formed of two business areas, manufacturing and critical infrastructure, enabling scalable, profitable growth and synergies. The change applies to all Elisa Industriq operating countries, and related personnel impacts will be addressed in accordance with local practices during 2026.
