Ekopak appoints interim CEO
Deinze (Belgium), 3 august 2026, 08.00u CEST
Ekopak NV (EURONEXT: EKOP) announces that Wim Messiaen, through his management company CAMAT BV, will be appointed as interim CEO as of Monday 3 August 2026, until the end of this year.
Wim Messiaen has more than 30 years of international industrial leadership experience. He led large corporations such as Unilin and VPK Group's Corrugated Packaging division through periods of structural transformation.
Further details will follow in due course. The previously announced search for a permanent successor by the Board of Directors continues.
