Eiffage announces the end of exclusive negotiations with Atlas Arteria for the possible acquisition of the Warnow Tunnel concession in Rostock, Germany

On 22^nd June 2026, Eiffage entered into exclusive negotiations with Atlas Arteria with a view to acquire, subject to due diligence and documentation, 100% of the capital of the Warnow Tunnel in Germany.

The negotiations ended on 3^rd August 2026 and did not result in an agreement as the parties were unable to reach mutually acceptable financial terms.
